Mike moves the light fitting in the new, large back bedroom. It’s moved from the centre of the old second bedroom ceiling, to the centre of the larger ceiling area.
Mike also cuts the front lawn. For several months now the lawns have been full of gold/brown patches. It’s taken us a while to work out exactly what’s wrong with them and how to properly treat them. It appears that they’ve both got ‘red thread’. As a result we’ve (or should I say Mike) been trying to scarify the excess thatch, feed, cut and water the lawn at regular intervals. The disease hasn’t gone away, I doubt it ever does, but the lawns are starting to look a bit better now.
The new Aqualisa parts arrive. Mike fits the new seals onto the shower.
The bathroom blinds are returned to us. Unfortunately they’ve been cut to the wrong size – they’re still too large for the window. We call the shop and agree to return them to the shop for another trim tomorrow.
