Ron arrives as scheduled to replace the single window pane on the new french doors. We're pleased with the result - the kitchen seems a little less drafty, noisy and feels a lot safer. Whilst on site Ron also takes a look at the new front window, which we've been unhappy with since it was installed. We were wondering whether we could live with it now that there's a Venetian blind disguising the fact that it looks different to the other windows. Ron could not confirm whether they've used the type of glass that we asked for, but tells us that the lead is a different colour from the other windows and also points out that it's not been applied straight.
